NOA_Quality Rejection - Advice Please

Fri Sep 30, 2005 10:16 pm

These photos of a B-1 and a Hawk got rejected for lack of quality. I need advice as to why. My thinking is maybe the Hawk could be sharper, but with the B-1 I'm stumped. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Charles

Hi Charles,
softness is what I would think as well. The reason why you may have got bad quality rather than bad soft may be that both are maybe a bit "soft and sharp" at the same time. I can see some jaggies on the B-1's cockpit window, while other parts are a bit soft, and the same applies to the Hawk (have a look at those white and red triangles. Selective USM sharpening could help. Good luck!

For the B-1 I think that the ropes around the wheels contribute to the bad quality rejection. Unfortunately there is not much you can do about this. For the Hawk I agree with what has been said above. Good luck.

Many thanks for the feedback. I'll see what I can do.
