The Mistery Of My Disappeared Photo

Tue Oct 18, 2005 4:57 am

Good evening,
I think someone else already has had this same problem.
A few weeks ago I received this acceptance email:

Dear Ander Aguirre,

This mail is sent to you to confirm that some or all of the photos you
recently uploaded to Airliners.Net (http://www.airliners.net) have been
through the screening process.

This is the status of your photos that have undergone screening so far:

-----------------------------------------------------------

We have accepted the following photo(s) into our database:

- n235nw1ams.jpg (Northwest Airlines McDonnell Douglas DC-10-30)
http://www.airliners.net/search/photo.search?id=0

-----------------------------------------------------------

The thing is so far the photo doesn't seem to exist, not in the DB nor in my list of rejections.
I've tried contacting admin personnel who have forwarded the matter to the headscreeners for investigation. Yesterday I wrote an email to the headscreeners, the answer being silence. Confused
Can somebody give me a hint as to what happened to my beloved photo?? white

Thanks

Ander

There have been posts about this over the past couple of weeks. Basically, an admin will just have to do something in the background.

They are trying to implement some new features, and apparently this is a consequence of those upgrades. It happens every once and a while.
