NOA_Dark? Please Advise.

Fri Dec 02, 2005 2:24 am

I have currently the following night shot in the upload queue.

http://www.airliners.net/addphotos/b...g/ready/EY330a_A6EYV_FRA161105.jpg

After reading another post about a night shot rejection I'm uncertain whether to pull my shot from the queue or not because it's might be too dark. However, the shot shows the actual light conditions when I took it and I personally struggle against playing too much around in photoshop.

Your comments are appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Ralf,
If I were you, I would pull it off the queue. My eyes first looks at the Lufthansa tails then hunts for the United.

Edit: Duh...Sorry..The Grayish look made me  boggled  . Its just 11:30am and I am already sleepin Big grin

Hello Ralf.

I wonder if you were referring to Javier's thread about his 'dark' panning shot? Given that his shot was rejected for 'dark' I think there is too big a risk that yours would get the same outcome. I think the argument would be that there is simply not enough that is visible. But this is very subjective territory.

Adam - I wonder if you have posted the wrong thing above. Either that or you appear to be hijacking Ralf's thread   .

Paul

P.S. Apologies Ralf - I spelt your name wrong in my original.
