Another Motive Question...

Tue Feb 21, 2006 9:27 am

Hi everyone. I was just wondering about this photo....

http://www.airliners.net/procphotos/...ain?filename=20060220_P2080245.JPG

"These photo(s) show a motive that is not accepted by Airliners.net. This
problem may be due to a very wide range of reasons, from photos that
include unwanted window reflections to photos showing other subjects than
aircraft. Also, certain kinds of so-called "creative" photos may be more
prone to this problem.
"

a) I'm sure I've seen photos similar to this in the database before, is this a new thing?
b) If I didn't crop it (the original is zoomed out just enough to include the First Air titles), would it have a second chance?

thanks much

Doubt it. It's awkward.

Hard to put a finger on it. Maybe the crop is a bit tight, let's see it loosened up a bit.

Yes, I think it's cropped too tightly on all sides except the top. I don't like the cutting of the propeller blade's tip especially.

A.net doesn't want too many shots like these, and that means the standards for them are particularly high.
