How Does The Monitor Calibration Tool Work?

I just installed it and cant figure it out. Also I cant find a read me... ya, really useful...
Doors open, right hand side, next stop is Springfield.

which doesnt help as it tells me to folly the given instructions, which there are none...

I seem to recall that if you run the program, it provides instructions as you go through the calibration process
No trees were harmed by this message. However, several million electrons were terribly inconvenienced
