Hello! Well, for security reasons I don't think you will be able to get the reg of the plane and the runway in use. For the runway is quite easy as the only thing you need to do is find a metar of the airport (write "airport name" Metar in google) and check how the winds are. Excepting if you work for the Airports society, you will never get an exct list of flights coming, but for the regular flights you can check the airport website or the websited of the enterprise who is managing the airpors. For example, in Spain, AENA is the place to go: www.aena.es
Just for ask... First time spotting with a camera... what did you use before?
Found that for toronto:
Site is www.gtaa.com
then go to flight search, and then put arrivals, leave all blank and write all under "terminal".
Hope it helps
