Photography At CDG

Sat Mar 18, 2006 9:11 pm

Hi guys,

A bit puzzled now: is photography allowed at CDG or not ?
Kerozen website says "no", but have found plenty of pictures on various websites taken at CDG fairly recently (even last week); and......have signs been put-up with the "no photography" text ?
Will be off to CDG 19MAR06 and arriving/departing T3...can anyone give me the best spot from this Terminal to take pictures (close to Hilton) ???

All help appreciated

These advises are free. The police may give you a ticket for 350 Euros.
My guess is, if you keep the distance to the airports, CDG and LBG, using
tele lense the police may not bother.

Give Orly a try. There is a botanical garden just south of threshold runway 08.

"From late March to early June 2006, runway 4 at Paris-Orly Airport will be closed for restoration, and an additional runway will be used during this period"

I guess they mean the northern runway 07-25.

Airliner photography is not a crime.

Quoting AndersNilsson (Reply 1):

It is a nice spot but closed on Mondays...beware. I managed to talk my way in for thirty minutes but little happened. It would be great if they were landing there.
