Piper Identification

Sadly I failed to log this one and am unable to fully identify the registration despite my usual Googling!.

It's D-*AAW. Can anyone please help me to identify the full reg please?

If the German registration system still works the way it did in the 1980's, I think it would have to be D-EAAW.
