Colour Help

Sat Apr 01, 2006 10:25 am

Hi all,

http://www.airliners.net/addphotos/r...ections/big/20060401_PH-KZBptr.jpg

This was rejected for colour. I don't quite see it, except that maybe the lines on the tarmac are too yellow and bright?

I'm not complaining or caring a great deal about this picture, but rather trying to learn, as I've had another colour rejection for a picture shot at this spot.

Camera is a Nikon D70 with, in this case, the Nikkor 18-70 lens sold with it.

Thanks for any input,

Peter wave

Hi Peter,
That's a nice close up shot. I do see a dark bluish/grayish color cast overall. You can find out by the color of the white in the fuselage.

I made some small level adjustments in CS2 which corrects the color cast...

Hi Vas,

Yes, that looks better. I'll try to reproduce it. Thanks a lot for your trouble!  bigthumbsup

Cheers,

Peter

Now it got rejected for contrast. Again, I don't quite see it. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Peter
