767-400

Thu Jun 22, 2006 3:59 am

Now that the 767-400 operates from JFK daily why have I still not see any pics of it on the site. Is the plane not pretty enough? Can someone please diginify this aircraft a pic.

I see they're all LGA images here.

People may not have had a chance. Phil Derner, Art Brett, Brian Futterman et al will tag it when they have a chance I'm sure.

Cheers

I'm sure it looks just as lovely anywhere else as it does at JFK. It is only a matter of time before someone captures it there though. Here is one from the other end to keep you going....

Personally I find the 767-400 a hard aircraft to make good photos of, both because it is so long - a poor framefiller - and because of its unduly long take-off runs. stirthepot  We get two a day at AMS and I've yet to make a nice, a.netable photo.

Maybe others agree. When I selected a 767-400 photo for my photo album, I noted that there are few great photos of it in the database, at least great photos that got many hits.

Globalpics, a pity that you didn't include its full reflection - it would have been worthy.

There are better things to shoot at JFK.  Wink We're too lazy to hop over for the Delta traffic on 31L, but I'm sure the shots will trickle in sooner or later.

Here's hoping the 787 is photogenic!  optimist  We'll be getting enough of them flying into Sydney eventually.
