Not quite as up on Sabreliners as some perhaps but it looks to me like it might be a Sabreliner 40 or 40B

I can not help with this, but I want to say few things:

This is an amazing photo!

The aircraft is a little too low in the frame, you could crop 16 pixels from the top to make it look better (and 24 from the sides).

The photo is amazingly sharp, unbelievable as of a slow shutter speed!

Sabre 40... I believe the actual designation would be NA-265-40
