Wanting Some Opinions On These...

Hi guys,

Would like some opinions on the following rejections:


Rejected for soft. Again, I thought it was a little too sharp.


Rejected for Quality. I think the reflection on the tail may have been the prob here. Maybe not. Let me know what you think.

1) slightly soft, especially the front section.

2) to me this shot looks blurry (camera-shake, motion!?). Similar to the first one the front section is softer than the rest. What f-stop did you use? Maybe the depth-of-field is too shallow ...

Hi Phil,

Both were shot using 500th @ f9.5.

I still don't see the softness on the Cathay shot. Is it the main logo there?

And I thought that the reflection on the Qantas may have been the issue. I'll try re-edits and if no good, I'll scrap any idea of uploading again.
