Help With Two Shots Please!

Sun Oct 08, 2006 4:50 pm

Hello!

I tried a new workflow, with Nikon Capture NX, and I want to know, what do you think about this shot.

I found this photo on my backup HDD, but I don´t know if it is good enough for the DB. Maybe bad quality, soft, or motive?

Thank you very much!

Best Regards

Gert!

The first shot is nice! Brightening the photo a little and moving the aircraft a bit higher in the frame could improve it, but it's probably okay as is.

The second shot will almost certainly get rejected for distance or motive. Not enough of the approach lights are visible and they're not in the right position to warrant that kind of motive.

Cheers,
Gabriel

Both shots are very nice. The chopper stands the best chance. A really good shot there I think.

The second is great too, but I think anet will find too many things that go against their criteria.

LOL!
I really get the impression that some screeners are afraid of the dark!  Smile
For me it's a perfectly lit night shot but you might wanna brighten it up a little bit more for A.net.
