Opinions On This CF-18 Shot Please

Sun Oct 22, 2006 3:16 am

I have a nice close shot already in the que, but this pic keeps jumping out at me because of the colors, and the heat blur  .

This is close to full frame and any tighter crop looses the effect. Is it too far or does it look nice?

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Kevin

After looking at the RAW its cropped about 25%. (not quite full frame  Wink)

Hi Kevin...

I think you answer the question about the distance.. but the heat blur looks great!

Cheers

Kevin,
To far away. I would have positioned the aircraft on the left side of the frame (as you are looking at it) and let the exhaust trail behind to the right side of the frame.

Thats how I had origanlly cropped it, but second guessed myself as to thinking people would want to see in centered.
