Question About Priority Screening

Sun Nov 19, 2006 2:37 pm

I just came back from Mexico Airport, I went for N774AM that just arrived from China and try to upload it as a priority screening and 5 minutes later rejected because it is not a priority. Now the top is an A380 in Hong Kong and upload date today, my question is why is it a priority since there are many pictures of that thing (A380) in the database and only 1 of the N774AM
Rare huh?

"First visits of types/airlines/aircraft we already have in the database to an airport they havn't visited before."
...this qualifies the A380 shot.

However if that was the first visit of N774AM to MEX, it seems to me as if your shot should have been qualified for priority screening. Did you mention in the remark or the comment to screeners that the shot shows its first visit?

Yep it is the first time at MEX, N774AM was in Guangzhou for maintenance and I put the comment to the screeners, that it was the first time in MEX and that was the reason for asking prioirty.

Yes indeed!

I was thinking the same about the Transavia 737 with the holiday destination stickers.

It is not priority screening,so why there is one in the databse with date from yesterday.

It's a new special livery, can't see why it shouldn't be priority?!

So why I got the message:

A comment from the screener regarding this upload:
"this is not a priority upload"
