Checked for NOA_motiv, to me I think the motive is obvious but before I waste an appeal, I'd appreciate outside opinions.

Yea or Nay?

Too much empty sky, too little cockpit ==> motive! (and the dirty window does not help, either!)
I would let it go, but if you feel for it just by all means appeal it, the worst that can happen is another rejection!
Just sit back, relax and have a glass of Merlot...enjoy your life!

Eric,

Nice shot, just a little too close to the instruments. Its given it a squashed look if you know what I mean, and left you with too much sky and too little of the cockpit.

Regards
Colin

It's not a matter of the motive being obvious or not, it is a matter of the motive being acceptable.
