Reducing Photo Sizes

i have a project due at the end of my photography class (its called Scenic Nevada photo contest) and i have a photo that i need to submit, but its way huge. does anybody know how to reduce it to a 5x7 image? *its digital*....thanks!!

the computers we use at school have photoshop cs2

Hi Wes - having CS2 is great and you'll be pleased to know its really easy.

Open the image in Photoshop and then from the drop down menu's at the top select Image, then choose, Image Size. You'll then have a box pop up which has document size, key in the dimensions you want are you're done.

If you struggle with it, send me the image through my personal e-mail and I'll do it for you.

thanks! i did save my photos to my jump drive, and got home to my windows pc, i realized they were still in TIFF format....
