Rejected Shot To The Database Without Appealing

Sun Mar 18, 2007 11:38 pm

Hello all,
Yesterday I got several rejections, including an AM777 engine shot.
Later on that day the shot appeared on the DB without having been appealed by myself at all.

How did this ever happen?
Was it a mistake from the screener to reject it and then he pulled from my rejection list?
Do screeners review the already rejected shots to maybe find some "mistakes" or so?

Thanks in advance

BTW My e-mail is out of work since Friday due to a new server configuration. I don't know if a mail was ever sent to me with a personal message or so.

Edit: grammar

Nice picture - I really like that one. In fact, I'll add that to my album I like it that much.

Are you sure it was rejected? cause I think that sometimes, but sometimes acceptances are listed in the email among rejections.

You can see if there was a personal message by looking at your rejected list. You just can't see what the message was thats all.

In fact my e-mail is back and I recieved a mail from the HeadScreeners regarding 3 appeals, which I never did.

2 other shots were rejected and this one did make it...

Still very strange for me.

The following photos were added to the database without warnings:

A total of 3 photos processed.

A comment from the editor regarding this upload:
"No appeal comment = no appeal. No appeal comment = no appeal."

regarding 3 appeals

I thought it's only possible to appeal 2 shots at the same time.

I didn't appeal even one.
That's what confuses me.
Still waiting for a crew response if possible!
