Show Some Love For Big Screens!

Tue Mar 27, 2007 3:41 pm

Anyone with a larger monitor (1920x1200 or even 2560x1600 Big grin) will agree that finding nice wallpapers, especially aviation related is tough so all you photogs out there, please share. I'll start! (This picture isn't mine though - it's Boeing's.)

Even though my screen isn't that size, it still makes a great background! Is it just me or does the leading edge of the vertical stabilizer look oversharpened?
I love ASO!

WOW.... is that a public domain image?
Does Boeing know it's being used on another website.... one that makes money?
Did the Boeing photographer give permission for it's use?

Quick, get the copyright police.... grab a screenshot..... send a HUGE INVOICE to A.net.

No chance it could ever make it into the database. It's not centered properly, the fuselage is way to soft, and there is far too little saturation  Wink

P.S. - It's already my background

Quoting Acontador (Reply 8):

And yet it will make the photographer more money and earn more adoration than the 65 shots that I have that were accepted combined.

This view of Arlanda looks pretty alright on my 1920x1200. It shows the tower and the final to runway 19L.
