Help Editing 1st 735 W/winglets

Sun Apr 08, 2007 5:25 am

I have been trying to edit these shots but they just dont seem to work, they are of the first 737-500 with winglets. If anyone thinks they can fix them up nice or give me some tips it is greatly appreciated.

The links are to the photos with no editing.

Nice pics.
I live at Williams Gateway (ASU campus) and see the 737 flying all the time.
A couple weeks ago I was on my ladder, shooting a C-130 and about to shoot the 737 when a airport ops guy pulled up and told me to back off the fence, and that I "draw a lot of attention to myself with a ladder like that." He told me "...and I'm sure Continental wouldn't like you taking pictures of their jet." So I just left for the day.

Anyway, shot # 7016 looks best to me. 7013 is little dark. Good job with the rotation as well. If anything, maybe increase the contrast a little bit with 7016 (which might lead you to add brightness just a tad).

They are all too washed out in my eyes. A proper edit might be able to bring them up to acceptance levels.
