Which Link Do I Use?

Hi Guys,
Which link or how do I add a photo thats already in the DB to a posting. I mean the thumbnaill with the large/mediem bit on the top?

When you open a picture, there's a "link to me" symbol below photographer's name. It opens a new window with several link option and no one seems to produce the A.net web style, but you may try this.
