Any Chance For This Photo?

Fri Jul 06, 2007 2:46 am

Hi!

I had the chance to take some pics of this nice "Anna" in Leverkusen as she was here for some landings...
Unfortunately the weather wasn't that good... so does this shot have a chance?

any opinion is welcome!

Hi Bjoern,

Not bad at all! I would suggest you play around a little bit with the curves in order to bring down slightly those highlights.

Thanks!

I ll have a try an reupload it than. Let's see if it gets any better...
BTW I had a few problems which category I have to check...
I didn't check the boxes but would it be:?

nose (in my opinion not because the whole aircraft is shown)
Classic Airliner?

But I did check single engine for it??

Cheers

Bjoern, just check out the last two pics of this a/c added, and you'll see: Untitled, Single engine prop, classic (and note who the photogs are, they should know  Wink ).

any better?

For the category: Sometimes classic was selected sometimes not. I decided to do it the same as Tim and not check it. He is supposed to know it best  Wink

Hi Björn

I didn´t get to see the first edit, but this one is pretty overexposed. Also, I feel you could put the a/c a bit more to the left of the frame.

Good luck with it.  bigthumbsup

I think the photo is slightly over-exposed, but other than that it looks great to me. The action is there, the massive size of the aircraft is there, and the feeling of raw power is there. I can't see any advantage to moving the aircraft to the right or left in the frame... the action is in the center of the engine, right where you want it to be in the photo.
