Sun Jul 22, 2007 1:56 am

Dear Aviation Friends,

I will be travelling with my family to europe next week from UIO, then to Russia, Holand, France, Italy, Switzerland, and back to Germany. For this ive decided to post this to ask a few questions about spotting, or somone who would like to meet with me etc.

•FRANKFURT: On Sat July 28th, Ill arrive to FRA and Ill have 5 hour lay over in FRA for my flight to Russia. I hear or see that the terrace in FRA in terminal two is open again!? Is that true?

•RUSSIA: How hard or legal/ilelgal is it to spot in russia? in St.Petersburg and Moscow? Does anyone know a good cotnact spotter to email or to go with? English speaking, who knows his way around to grab some russian emtal pics  Smile? I will be in St.Petersburg arriving from UIO-BOG-CCS-FRA-LED on July 28th until Agusut 41st. On August 1st Ill fly Aeroflot to Moscow and stay until Agusut 4th.

•AMSTERDAM: Who can recomend a good willing spotter to meet or cotnact in AMS to go spotting to the great spots and all? I know AMS has LOTS of spotters but maybe any one here is spottign there o has a friend? Ill be there the afternoon of August 5th and stay the 6th and leave the 7th to Paris. I bet ehtere are good spots to go around but much better with someone who knows!!

•PARIS: I know its illegal or something to do photogrpahy there? How can I manage this? Anyone I can contact who can help me? Any friends? Ill be there from the afternoon or August 7th until Saturday august 11.

•ROME: Ill also be in rome for a week or so visiting my sister but also want to do spotting. Beside FCO whats good in the vecinity? Is there any itenresting airports we can visit, or itneresting places? Any one in the forums here is from Rome, and has pilot licence  Smile? We can go and fly a C172 or so, I fly 172!  Smile Illl be in rome from the 18th f August until the 24th.

•FRANKFURT: Ill be back in FRA from the 29th of August till September 2nd. So any one wnats to meet there?

thanks for any help anyone can give me! For spotting ttips etc. PLEASE REPLY!

You can find a quite complete guide to FCO spotting made by SpotIT team here, pwd is "aviazionecivile", for other italian airports you can refer to this site unfortunatly there aren't english version for all the files. your name seems italian so i hope u'll understand something  Smile

if you come to milan and want to fly i've a PPL and i fly C172 in LIME.
