Hello to all, I´m just Asking for the Actual Status for Photography at the viewing park in FLL, Is Still Open?

And how About the Hibiscus Garage, Is permitted to take Pictures from there?

It was active and functioning two weeks ago. There is construction on going in front of the viewing park by the grass area off the Hold Short Line at 9L. however, aircraft viewing is funtioning. The ATC radio speaker on the pole is not very good though. It is barely audible.

FLL viewing area is still open. There is ongoing construction, though, and now the entrance is from the east. Be careful exchanging lenses, specially with a digital camera. There has been some dust problems when the wind blows. With all the dirt piles, blowing dust can settle in your sensor. You can use ladders if they are positioned in the parking area and not next to the fence or on the road.....or on the back of a pickup truck......and speaking of road, since it has opened as a one-way, there is more traffic there so be careful. Note- view park closes if Terror alerts are orange or red. Also, the best time for FLL is November thru January for the best sun. BEWARE - If you use a rental car and are thinking about standing on the cars roof or trunk, forget it. The agencies DO check for that then they will add an additional damage charge to your invoice! Enjoy FLL!

Not anymore. It's back to the usual traffic flow (ie one way in, one way out). Perimeter Road's back to normal as well.
"About the only way to look at it, just a pity you are not POTUS KFLLCFII, seems as if we would all be better off."
