Please Help On "level" Reject

It seems I'm struggling with some "level" rejections lately...

What's your opinion on this one?

I've used the lamp post in front of the Korean as a vertical guideline. Ignoring that for a moment and looking at the entire composition, my guess is that a bit of CCW would improve it...what's your opinion?
