Picture Of Fuel Pouring From The Wing, good Enough?

Sat Sep 22, 2007 5:54 am

Hi all,
last sunday I flew to NCE and during takeoff from MUC I noticed fuel pouring from the right wing of our aircraft (an Air Berlin Fokker 100), I assume it came from the spill-over tanks. I also took a picture but it is of crappy quality (taken with my 99Euro holiday camera, a Kodak C633)

I don't think that it is rare enough to get accepted with such a low quality, but anyway this is the picture:

Big version: Width: 1000 Height: 750 File size: 421kb

What do you think?

Thanks,
Florian

I'm on a not-very-good screen right now, but I don't see any fuel. Instead I see plenty window reflections. And it's overexposed. I'd say it's a no-go.

A friend of mine flies the 100 and said the vent cap occasionally sticks open after refueling. After a few minutes in flight it usually closes on its own again.

I haven't submitted a single wing shot so won't comment on its quality or likelihood of acceptance.
