Question About A Close-up Crop

Sat Sep 22, 2007 10:03 pm

Hi,

I have the following picture in queue but I am really unsure about the crop. Is it ok to cut the antenna like I did or should I do something like this:

Thanks for your input.

I like the shot, even with the antenna chopped. Perhaps may have been better to include it but I find the shot interesting enough that it should pass.

Hello Stefan.

For me the crop could be improved. I think it will benefit from having the aerial/antenna complete, the gear lights/door complete, and also the titling complete - the 'B' missing could be seen by some I know as unnecessary.

Small things, but might be enough to annoy those pesky screeners  wink .

All the best.

I love the livery, it goes great with a crop like this. Well done.

Hi Stefan

I agree with Paul here, but I think that Javier´s crop has saved some issues on the pic. It focuses more on the livery and aircraft and it doesn´t leave you with the feeling that some more bits could have been included here and there.

Good luck with it. Big grin

Hi,

thank you very much for all comments. Wasn't online for a few days and, with the fast screening times nowadays, the shot I put in queue was accepted as it is.
