LAX Shot - Take It, Or Leave It?

Sun Nov 25, 2007 1:38 pm

This photo, taken at LAX, while not as sharp as I'd hoped, really catches my eye and I'm thinking about uploading it here. But before I waste an upload slot I'd like some input. Click the photo for the full-size edit.

It did fairly well at the "other site" hence my curiosity about its chances here.

Take it? Or leave it? Thanks guys.

While it's a nice shot it's too blurry and heathazed to get accepted

Cheers

Heat haze was something else I was aware of. But damnit, guess I'll have to visit LAX again soon. I've got a burning desire to make a shot like this work. Thanks Tim and Florian for the comments.

Nothing compared to a KLM (whatever) boring engine close-up shot, right?

One of the best pictures i've seen Chris. That's how we like it.

I'll take it, thanks! I love these "art" shots...leaving whatever technical comments, I love this one...it's awesome!

What have we got there? AS 738, WN 73- and NW 744? I'm no photography pro (hence my general absence in this forum), but that's a great shot!

*Edit-I see it's a JL 744. Nevermind.
