Spotting At Can & HKG

Sun Jan 06, 2008 10:27 pm

Hello!

Next time, I go to Japan to see my grandparents, I'm planning to head down to Hong Kong for a couple of days on NWA 747. Purpose of the trip would be to catch some Asian registrations, which are not easy to catch in Japan.

Therefore, I would like to ask you, if you could give me some advice on spotting at HKG. The spots need to be accessible by public transport, as I don't have a car.

I would also like to do a daytrip to Guangzhou by train from there, as it seems to be a nice place to catch all those chinese 737s and A32Ss. Do you know anything about spotting there? Again, I won't have a car.

Finally, if you know about any other airport worht a visit, which is cheaply reachable from HKG, please inform me.

Thank you very much.

Best regards, Keishi
