It has been our rule for a while now, but we felt the category explanation was confusing because many people think dusk/dawn applies to image where the sun is above the horizon, which it doesn't.

Hopefully this will be clear to everyone now meaning less rejections!

I am wondering why a recent photo of mine was accepted but had the category changed. I put the times in the comment to the screeners and checked of "dark." The sunset time for that day was 4:51pm and the shot was taken at 4:55pm. I had watched the sun go below the horizon which should make this qualify. Thoughts?
