Endless Rejections - Anyone Care To Help?

Sat Mar 08, 2008 11:40 pm

Ahoy,

In the past, since I set up Photoshop 10 in my computer, I’ve been getting a ‘bowlload’ of rejections. I’m wondering if it’s that the standards are taking a jump, or that I’ve been to lazy uploading here that I’ve forgotten what an ‘A.net-qualified’ photo looks like...

Here below I’ll be showing some of the rejections I’ve been getting, and also some new versions of them in the queue, not forgetting the other queue shots:

overexposed

fix in the queue

soft

fix in the queue - so certain that there will something else be found to reject this version

soft on cockpit windows and tail, Screeners say; somehow think that a fix of this one will be rejected for blurry and oversharpened

Comments greatly appreciated.

David

On the first two I think you basically answered your own questions. The dc9 rejection is much too bright and the small prop has a pretty soft nose in particlular.

learjet definitely has soft parts but should be fixable

Well Tim, I didn’t really answer as I wanted to hear opinions on the fixes.  Smile

What do you think about them?

#1 second edit looks blurry. But the exposure looks good,

#2 second edit looks fine

#3 I agree with soft, not sure about blurry

p.s. how you been lately David?

Join the club here  Wink but I am trying to upload again! Editing several pics at the moment, but I guess I will be as lucky as you are  Smile

I like your DC9 shot though! The edit looks good to me! But I am a beginner myself....

Good luck!

Thanks Matt.

I’ve been fine lately, but sleeping too short without a reason is quite power-removing.
