Hi, we're trying to put together a risk management presentation and liked your photo, can we please use?

I know that this is a valid company but would they be asking for something like this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Encana is huge, and they're money. But if this gal just wants it for her own presentation and has no approvals for it, you likely won't get a penny. If it was for external marketing I'd definitely ask for a decent price though...

Should I ask how exactly the photo will be used?

She must be putting together a big presentation as she has asked me as well. I have asked for more details as to how she is going to use my photo?
If she replies I will ask for some money?
