Mon Oct 06, 2008 8:28 am

I´m visiting Shanghai for two days and planned to do some spotting. Hints and tips about locations and how to get there are highly appreciated.

Sorry but just let you know that PVG could be the MOST UNFRIENDLY Chinese civil airport to aviation photographers. Most probably the airport authority may come to ask you to leave, or even occassionally you would be 'invited' to the police station for a check. SHA might be a little bit better, but not many exciting birds. For taking pics in China, personally I recommend PEK, TSN (Tianjin) and CAN (Guangzhou).
