In late October I will be attending wings over Houston, i have two questions . First is it legal and what do i need to do to get permission to spot at the airshow and secondly what are some good places to spot at the airshow and that are with in the legal limits of the airshow.

Don't know about Wings Over Houston. But at every airshow I have attended, there are more cameras then people, if you can explain that one.
Lighten up while you still can, don't even try to understand, just find a place to make your stand and take it easy
