More Stolen Photos?

Sun Jan 11, 2009 5:41 am

Now, I'm not accusing anyone of anything, just asking/notifying. However, this ebay listing clearly uses at least two a.net photos and stands to profit quite a bit with their help. Some of you may also see some of your work as well.

I found an ad in a corporate jet publication called "Business Air Today" with unauthorized interior shots of mine for a company that refurbs MD-87's and leases them. The marketing officer states that he set up the ad but has NO IDEA which shots I'm referring too. Images also appear on his website...but he's still unclear about the images I am referring too.I have since heard nothing from him. My lawyer will kindly point them out to him. If any of you have images of once, MD-87 OE-LML, then N871DP, now P4-AIR. If you have images of this aircraft...keep an eye on how you post them...j

I can only speak for Mr. Brownlee, but he has seen his photo displayed in the auction and has contacted them for removal/payment. This was a little more than a month ago, so I imagine he isn't getting very far with them.

This was a little more than a month ago,

While I've never dealt with this seller, I found that eBay reacted rather swiftly when I saw one of my photos in an auction. Within 24 hours, the auction no longer existed. That was a few years ago.
I'm an aviation expert. I have Sky Juice for breakfast.
