Thu Mar 05, 2009 7:23 pm

Hi,
I have this photo rejected for not being level:
http://www.airliners.net/addphotos/r...05_r1236090472.8923img_1773_1d.jpg
I used the verical lines on right building to level the photo.
What is wrong?

Thanks

Hi

Quoting DeltaAVL (Reply 1):

 checkmark  Indeed.

Quoting Nikog (Thread starter):

Oops.
Try to always use references located in the center of the image. Also, you might find the 'Ruler' tool in Photoshop quite useful.

Hope it helps.  thumbsup

Cheers

Tough one. There is a wide selection of vertical lines in the picture, and not all speak the same language  Wink

I'd go with around 0,3° CCW, but I don't have Photoshop at hand right now. Played with GIMP a little, so don't shoot me if I'm wrong. But 0,5° already looks too much to me.

Yes, I agree 0,3º CCW should be OK. Try to use the grid in Photoshop to help as a vertical reference (not the "Ruler" tool as I said before - I got the name wrong!)

Hope it helps  Smile
