Photo Acceptance - Post Screening (SA006)

Fri May 29, 2009 2:57 am

Hi again guys

I recently got this photo rejected for colour

Acontador has given me his advice on the shot privately. I actually forgot to remove it from the queue got a bit lazy  Wink

Acontador thanks for the help on this shot mate, you will have an email soon.

Just would like a few more views on this shot and its motive. Was taken with a Canon 1DS MKIII with a Canon 70-200mm 2.8L . The colours are mostly natural enhanced and changed slightly with a bit of contrast and the like. Any opinions would be great!

Thanks everyone.

I'm a newb so take my opinion with a grain of salt but, it looks too contrasty to me. The whites seem blown out obscuring the detail and the blacks are too black revealing no details.

yellowish tarmac doesnt seem to go together too well with the Whites on the aircraft.

Cheers Mark.
