Editing would be appreciated if not good enough. The AC 763 is in creening going to Johan. Why Johan? What kind of stuff does he do?

Photo Acceptance - Pre- Screening (AC77WCaptain)

Fri Jun 05, 2009 6:20 pm

As they stand, none will make it I'm afraid. There are quality issues with many of them (contrast, soft, blurry, compression), some are too far in the distance or obstructed. Some great photos, but they don't meet the a.net standards. If the Air Canada gate shot was reprocessed, there's a chance with that one.

As Darren mentioned, there are quite a few issues with quality that you would need to overcome before they're a.net quality.

I would also suggest you look at the cropping (too much dead space around the aircraft in many of your shots), and the motive (a lot of clutter/obstruction in many of your shots) as well, and then hopefully your original shots have enough quality that you can fix them up a bit in the editing process.

I'm assuming the photo was rejected - if so, then that's just a way of saying it's waiting to be screened by the head screener(s). Don't get your hopes up, however, because as already mentioned above, the quality's not too great.
