50th Photo Just Got Accepted!

Sun Jun 28, 2009 3:09 pm

Hello all,

In the 'airliners.net world' ones 50th photo is considered as a milestone. Today I also reached that milestone. For me, with AMS as my 'home-airport' I am very proud that this specific 50th photo is a KL 747 @ AMS. Not one of the easiest a/c to get its picture accepted and in my opinion one of my best pictures. I would like to thank everyone here who has helped me with photographing techniques and with photo-editing. I hope you forgive me the self-plug:

Kind regards,
Martijn

Well, not from spotting but indeed from uploading. Until august 2008 I had a KonicaMinolta Dimage Z3 camera. At the end of 2005 and afterwards, it was getting more and more difficult for me to get photos accepted with that camera. In august 2008 I gave myself a nice "summer-present" such as a Sony Alpha 200. I use it in combination with my old Sigma 70-210 from the Minolta Dynax (or Dyxxum) era and since september 2008 I am kinda back in business.

Kind regards, Martijn
