Need Spotting Locations For Denver Area

Mon Jun 29, 2009 2:30 pm

I'm in Denver this week and would like to do some spotting while I'm in town. I am having the most difficult time trying to find tips on good spotting locations. I was hoping to do some spotting around KDEN and anywhere else people might recommend.

Take a look at the link below. I can't give any personal experience because I have never been to Denver, but hope that helps.

The dirt lot at Conoco is off limits now. They've placed boulders around the perimeter to prevent anyone driving in there. You can park in the convience store parking lot, but if you are there for a while your unattended car will probably attract unwanted attention. This spot is garbage anyway in the summer.

I didn't say you couldn't shoot at Conoco. I just said you can no longer enter the dirt lot everyone quotes...
