Photo Acceptance - Pre Screening (WithaK)

Sat Jul 18, 2009 12:57 pm

Hello everyone,

As the Melbourne winter weather reduces my opportunities to take new photos I've been working through some of the photos taken over the summer which made their way into the too hard basket. I'm not sure on the results and would really appreciate some feedback.

Should I have left them in the too hard basket, do they still need work or by some miracle are they uploadable?

Thanks in advance for any input.

especially picture 1 and 2 are very warm, i.e. they have a red colorcast.

I've had another edit of the photos flagged in the previous post.
Have I made any great improvement?

They look good to me, but like before fix the color balance. And the ethid looks a bit grainy to me. But good pictures.

QF A380 looks a tad soft now after the change in colour. The 3rd pic has a slight pinky tinge to it too. SQ 77W could probably do with a tiny wee sharpen over the title, horiz stabilisers and rear of the aircraft. EY A346 - not sure what they'll do because of the black paint but it makes the aircraft much darker. Also under the wing of the A346 and JQ A321- quite a bit of noise can be seen and sometimes this isn't acceptable, it depends on the severity of it I guess. But it seems like there's quite a bit of noise under there. JQ and EY could also be sharpened up a tiny bit more too in some places.
It's all about the destination AND the journey.
