Both are real good if you have the time do both.
Quoting Sunandan (Reply 2):
True. The new Founders Plaza at DFW is great for late afternoon/evening shots, especially if runways 18L/R are in use for arrivals. 300mm or more focal length is good enough here.

I have a 70-200mm F4 L non-IS so I hope that will be ok
Quoting Sunandan (Reply 4):
With your lens, Love Field will be a much better bet, Bachman Lake is right under the approach path for runways 13L/R, check out Google Earth.
Quoting NIKV69 (Reply 5):
Yep but also if you can shoot very early hit that parking garage. Go to the top and you have so many great options like rotations, taxi shot etc.
Quoting Garyck (Reply 7):
By the word early, how early do you mean? What sort of time is sunrise over there in Dallas this time of year?
