LAX Spots

All,
with the recent images of night life near the Qantas Terminal where exactly is the spot and is it any good in the day?  Confused  Confused  Confused  scratchchin 
I couldn't get it on but shots like this one

Look at the aviation photog forum main page... 2 threads about similar subject....

A link to said threads would have been helpful, especially if someone pulled this thread up years from now, since the links would still be good, but the threads wouldn't be on the Aviation Photography Section anymore.
