New Camera

Tue Apr 20, 2010 3:13 am

Hey Everyone!

I'm going to be getting a new camera very soon and I'm new to this photography thing ... I want to do photos up here where I live in Washington State & don't know what to get ... I was thinking Canon XS / XSI ... Possibly T1-I ... I was also thinking of getting a 55-250 lens too ... Especially for the photos I take at Sea Tac as 16R is far away from the spotting point, What suggestions do you all have for what I should get?

Thanks

W

Shooting from the balcony or mounds at the Future of Flight Center, you don't need anything more than about 85mm. Both of these were shot with Canon EOS 400D + Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM:
