i'm using a canon 450d. the canon is around 180 pounds, canon 70-300 (is) is around 400 pounds- so it speaks for itself really. the 70-300 is obviously a better lens, but perhaps I could try and get a 70-300 non IS
- although reviews say that the 55-250 is better than that. what i really want to know is the competition between the 55-250 (canon) and the 55-200 (tamron). I know that the canon has IS
, and the tamron has a macro feature, but how do they both perform in comparison to each other? in terms of aviation photograhy and other uses as well?
