In response to your feedback we have established a new communication crew as part of the screening team. These crew members will deal with enquiries and issues that arise as part of the screening process in relation to your uploads. When required, Head Screeners on the team will make the final call on decisions.
We have created a new email address for this crew to field your enquiries and we ask that you contact them directly via an email to the following address - email@example.com. We ask when you contact the team that you provide as much information as possible and that you use the following as some guidelines;
1: Clearly identify your photographer name and Airliners.net username.
2: Be as specific as you can about which rule, category or issue that you are enquiring about.
3: Always use firstname.lastname@example.org
You will receive an initial acknowledgment of your enquiry and we ask you then afford the team time to respond taking into account the effect of time zones. Any emails to email@example.com will also be handled by the communication team.
