Just What Is A Nose Shot?

Thu Oct 21, 2010 6:26 am

If you look at the reject guide for nose shots, it clearly gives 2 examples. The first is obviously a nose shot and the second includes a few rows of windows.

However, when you do an advanced search and select nose category there are quite a lot that include more fuselage than the reject guide suggests, some even have some wings and engines showing.

Can anyone (a screener perhaps) elaborate on this and just what the rules are for nose shots as the reject guide doesn't seem to match whats been accepted previously.

The screeners don't all/always reject for wrong information. Follow the reject guide to play safe.

Peter is correct. The rejection guide gives good examples that should be followed. Any examples you may see in the database that don't seem to follow the guide were most likely mistakenly added with the wrong category.
