Need Help With Eos 550d And 55-250 Lense

I need to know whats the best setting in this camera to take photos of aircrafts. And please tell me a good lense i can buy in the future. Thank you.

There is no "best setting".

Every photo is unique, because light changes constantly.

Would you ask "what is the best speed to drive my car"?

Viv has a point there as harsh as it might sound... Imagine going to a library and asking for a book; you'd get the reply, "what do you want to read about"? Same same but different!
