first I'd like to say that it's not very nice to publicly insinuate in the forum that somebody photoshopped his/her picture beyond Airliners.net limits; there are other ways to do this like e.g. emailing the screeners at email@example.com .
However I'll just assume that you had no bad intentions and therefore want to assure you that the angle on Fabrizio's photo is perfectly normal for that flight situation. The relatively high pitch after rotation combined with the angle at which the photographer shot this photo gives you the impression of a higher than natural pitch.
