the price etc is mutually agreed-upon however, i need help with this:

Now i'm not particularly good in legal matters,
i do trust Boeing but will still prefer to abide by what has been asked as i would hate to see my image somewhere i don't approve of.
I do recall John Padgett (i think) or someone who had posted a Short & Simple Agreement-cum-Invoice kinda thing, i couldnt find it so googled these standard templates (below) guess i can make a few changes in the points/terminology according to the requirement.
